UGC Net Syllabus 2014


The main purpose is to evaluate the teaching and research abilities of the applicants. Therefore, the test is targeted at assessing the teaching and general/research skills as Well as their attention. They are predicted to possess and display intellectual abilities. Cognitive abilities consist of understanding, analysis, assessment, realizing the design of justifications and deductive and inductive thinking. The candidates are also predicted to have a common awareness and understanding of sources of details. They should be informed of connections between people, atmosphereand natural assets and their effect on quality of life.


UGC NET 2014: 

The UGC  holds UGC NET exam each year. Applicants who are looking to become a teacher must utilize for UGC NET Exam 2014.Those applicants who are putting on this notification must look at UGC NET Syllabus 2014. 

UGC NET Syllabus 2014: 

  • Paper I- The 1st paper is all about common nature, intended to evaluate the teaching/research skills of the applicant. It is developed to check the check reasoning ability, awareness, divergent considering and basic awareness. There are 60 objective type query applicants are required to be solved only 50 queries that is depends on to the applicant selections. 

  • Paper II - Paper II is subjective type concern paper. It shall include of 50 objective type necessary questions dependent on the subject chosen by the applicant. The candidate will have to indicate the responses for inquiries of Paper-1 and Paper-2 on the Visual Mark Reader (OMR) sheet given along with the Test Pamphlet. 

  • Paper III – This paper is only descriptive type query paper. It will include of 75 objective type mandatory questions from the topic chosen by the candidate. Applicants are required to attempt questions in the place offered in the Test Booklet.
